I’ve been everywhere this weekend, or so it feels.
And now I have a brief 30 minutes of typing it all away before I go to bed, it’s all in this week’s new goal to sleep before midnight, and I of course need my half hour of reading before I can doze off. I’ve decided it’s all about managing your time properly- and in that I’m going to be the absolute best. [That’s the plan, at least.]
Beginning with yesterday, I woke up at around 11 AM, I was tired out of my mind and spent the day just reading and floating among the clouds.
At 4 PM I left for Lund, Sofia and I were invited to Emelie’s for a nice and quiet girl’s night.
It was really nice, though I’m not sure about the quiet.
For dinner, we threw together some tagliatele with a sauce consisting of crème fraiche, mushrooms, diced bacon bits, spinach and pressed garlic. It was simple and delicious.
For dessert, Sofia brought a recipe on a quick, easy, yummy chocolate cake.
Eggs, chocolate, butter, sugar.

Serve with whipped cream, and you’re set!
A lovely dinner with a quick and delicious dessert, two great friends and an apartment of our own for the evening. We had a great time and the laughs were endless. Sofia and I stayed on so long that by the time I looked at the clock, it was creeping close to 2 AM and I was close to missing my bus home. [I was in extreme luck and got back in one piece, slightly past 3 AM].
